BEST CRYPTO CASINOS
IN THAILAND 2026
The top crypto casinos accessible from Thailand, ranked by deposit volume. Most gambling is prohibited under the Gambling Act B.E. 2478, but crypto is legal and regulated — players fund offshore sites via Bitkub and PromptPay.
Most gambling is prohibited in Thailand under the Gambling Act B.E. 2478 (1935). However, cryptocurrency is legal and regulated under the Digital Asset Decree B.E. 2561 (2018). Thailand has introduced a 5-year tax exemption on crypto trading gains. Despite gambling prohibitions, offshore crypto casinos are widely accessed by Thai players.
IS CRYPTO GAMBLING LEGAL IN THAILAND?
Gambling is largely prohibited in Thailand under the Gambling Act B.E. 2478 (1935), one of the oldest gambling laws in Southeast Asia. The law bans most forms of gambling with limited exceptions for the national lottery and licensed horse racing. Online gambling is explicitly illegal.
Despite the prohibition, Thailand has embraced cryptocurrency through the Digital Asset Decree B.E. 2561 (2018), which regulates crypto exchanges, brokers, and dealers. Crypto is legal to own, trade, and transfer. This creates a unique situation where the currency is legal but using it for gambling is not.
In practice, offshore crypto casinos are widely used by Thai players. The government did push to legalise land-based casinos through the Entertainment Complex Bill, but that bill was withdrawn from parliament on 9 July 2025 amid a political crisis and public opposition. Officials have called it postponed rather than cancelled, so it may return — but as of 2026 there is no legal framework for casinos or online gambling, and offshore play remains prohibited. Individual players using offshore platforms face minimal enforcement risk, though the legal risk still sits with the player. For the full picture, read our Thailand crypto gambling legal guide.
HOW TO DEPOSIT CRYPTO FROM THAILAND
- Buy crypto with THB: Use Bitkub (Thailand's largest exchange), Satang Pro, or Binance to purchase Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDT via bank transfer in THB.
- Transfer to your casino wallet: Copy your deposit address from your chosen crypto casino and send the crypto from your exchange wallet.
- Start playing: USDT (TRC-20) is popular among Thai players for instant, low-fee deposits. Bitcoin confirms in 5-15 minutes. Thai bank transfers to crypto exchanges are fast and reliable.
Bitkub is the dominant Thai crypto exchange with SEC-TH licensing and Thai baht bank transfer support. Satang Pro is another popular licensed exchange. Binance also supports THB deposits through various methods.
BEST CRYPTO FOR GAMBLING IN THAILAND
For Thai players, the best cryptocurrencies for casino deposits are:
- USDT (Tether) — Most popular for Thai players, dollar-pegged stability
- Bitcoin (BTC) — Universally accepted, easy to buy with THB on Bitkub
- Ethereum (ETH) — Widely accepted, strong Thai exchange support
- Litecoin (LTC) — Very fast transactions and low fees
- XRP (Ripple) — Popular in Thailand, fast and cheap transfers
DEPOSIT FEES & TIMING FROM THAI EXCHANGES
Fees and confirmation times come down to the coin and network you send, not the exchange you bought from. For most Thai players, USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) network is the cheapest and fastest route: it confirms in one to two minutes for a fee of roughly one US dollar, far below the cost of sending Bitcoin or Ethereum when those networks are congested.
- USDT (TRC-20) — ~$1 fee, confirms in 1–2 min. Best all-round choice after a Bitkub or Satang Pro buy.
- USDT (ERC-20) — subject to Ethereum gas fees; avoid unless the casino only supports ERC-20.
- Bitcoin (BTC) — fee varies with network load; allow roughly 10–60 minutes to confirm.
- Litecoin (LTC) / XRP — very low fees and fast confirmation; both list on Bitkub with THB pairs.
Funding a Thai exchange is quick: Bitkub accepts THB by bank transfer and Thai QR (PromptPay), with deposits from as little as 40 THB and no deposit fee. Two habits protect your money — send a small test amount first to any new casino address, and make sure the network you select on the exchange (for example TRC-20) exactly matches the network on the casino's deposit page. Sending on the wrong network is the most common way deposits are lost.
HOW TO WITHDRAW WINNINGS BACK TO THB
Cashing out a crypto-casino balance to Thai baht is the deposit process in reverse:
- Withdraw crypto from the casino: Request a payout in USDT, BTC, or ETH to your Bitkub or Satang Pro deposit address. No-KYC casinos like Stake and BC.Game usually release crypto withdrawals within minutes.
- Sell the crypto for THB: On the exchange, sell your coins to baht at the current market rate.
- Transfer to your Thai bank: Withdraw the THB to a local bank account or via PromptPay. Bitkub bank/QR withdrawals typically clear the same day.
Keep your own record of every deposit and withdrawal. Capital gains on crypto sold through SEC-licensed exchanges are tax-exempt through 2029, but that relief covers trading gains, not gambling — and licensed exchanges still apply KYC and AML reporting. THAILAND DIGITAL ASSET REGULATION
Thailand's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC-TH) regulates digital assets under the Digital Asset Decree B.E. 2561. Licensed exchanges like Bitkub and Satang Pro operate under SEC-TH oversight with strict KYC/AML requirements.
Thailand introduced a five-year personal income tax exemption on crypto capital gains, running 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2029 (Ministerial Regulation No. 399), for gains realised through SEC-licensed exchanges, brokers, or dealers. It covers capital gains only — staking, mining, and airdrop income are not automatically included, and it does not address gambling. Still, it makes Thailand one of the more crypto-friendly jurisdictions in Asia.
On the gambling side, the Entertainment Complex Bill that would have legalised land-based casinos was withdrawn from parliament in July 2025. If a future version passes, it could eventually bring online crypto gambling into scope. For now, players use offshore platforms without specific regulatory oversight.
THAILAND TAX ON CRYPTO & GAMBLING
Thailand's 5-year tax exemption on crypto capital gains applies from 1 January 2025 through 31 December 2029 for trades settled on SEC-licensed exchanges, making it one of the most attractive jurisdictions for crypto traders in Southeast Asia. The exemption is for capital gains on the asset itself — it does not extend to gambling.
Since gambling is illegal in Thailand, there is no formal tax framework for gambling winnings. However, any income derived from illegal activities can technically be taxed. In practice, Thai authorities do not actively pursue tax on offshore crypto gambling winnings. Consult a Thai tax professional for specific guidance, and use our crypto gambling tax calculator to estimate any liability.
We Verified These Casinos' Provably-Fair Games — Here's How
Every casino in this Thailand table runs provably-fair originals (Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko) where you don't have to trust the operator — you can check each result yourself. A bet is built from a server seed, your client seed, and a nonce; after the round the casino reveals the server seed so you can confirm it matches the hash it committed before you played. We ran sample rounds from these sites through our free provably-fair verifier and confirmed the results reproduce exactly. With no licensed domestic framework for online play, that on-chain, self-checkable fairness is the strongest protection a Thai player has — learn the method in our provably fair guide.
How We Rank Casinos for Thai Players
We start from real on-chain deposit volume, then weight for what matters most to players in Thailand: acceptance of Thai sign-ups, no-KYC registration, support for cheap USDT (TRC-20) deposits funded through Bitkub or Satang Pro, withdrawal speed back to THB via PromptPay, and provably-fair games you can verify yourself. We never accept payment for ranking positions — placement is earned. Reviewed by Alex Mercer · Updated July 2026.

THAI BAHT PAYMENT METHODS (THB)
Offshore crypto casinos settle in Bitcoin, USDT or ETH rather than Thai baht, so Thai players buy crypto in THB on a local exchange first and then deposit. The usual route is PromptPay or mobile banking → Thai exchange → crypto → casino wallet. Note that buying and holding crypto is regulated and legal in Thailand, whereas online casino play itself remains illegal domestically — the offshore sites sit in a grey area.
The baht rails Thai players actually use to get on-chain are:
- PromptPay — Thailand's instant account-to-account system; the standard way to cash in to an exchange from any bank in seconds.
- Mobile / internet banking (K PLUS, SCB Easy, Krungthai NEXT) — direct THB transfers to your exchange wallet.
- Thai exchanges (Bitkub, Orbix, Binance TH) — SEC-licensed platforms to buy USDT or BTC in baht, then withdraw the crypto to the casino.
- P2P (e.g. Binance P2P) — buy USDT from other Thai users, paying in THB via PromptPay or bank transfer.
For sign-ups without identity checks, see our no-KYC casinos guide; for the cheapest and least volatile deposit, read USDT casinos — USDT on TRON (TRC-20) sends from Bitkub for about a dollar. Model any tax exposure with our crypto gambling tax calculator.
