Roll Over wins if the result is higher than your target; Roll Under wins if it is lower. Multiplier = 0.99 / win-chance (the 1% house edge). A 0.00–100.00 dice roll has 49.50% to win at the classic 50.50 over target = 2.0000x.

HOW DICE ODDS & PAYOUTS WORK

Stake-style Dice produces a number from 0.00 to 100.00. You bet whether the roll lands over or under your chosen target. Your win chance is simply the share of the 0–100 range that wins the bet: (100 − target) / 100 for Roll Over, or target / 100 for Roll Under.

The payout multiplier is the fair odds reduced by a 1% house edge: multiplier = 0.99 / win-chance. So a tighter target (lower win chance) pays more, and a looser target pays less — but the 1% edge applies at every setting, which is why no target choice is mathematically "better" than another.

DICE CALCULATOR FAQ

Multiplier = 0.99 / win-chance, where win-chance is (100 - target)/100 for Roll Over or target/100 for Roll Under. The 0.99 is the 1% house edge. For example, a 50.50 Roll Over target gives a 49.50% win chance and a 2.0000x multiplier.
None is mathematically better — the 1% house edge applies at every target. A low-risk target wins often for small multipliers; a high-risk target rarely wins for a large multiplier. It is purely a variance choice, not an edge choice.
At the tightest allowed target (around 0.01 win chance) the multiplier approaches 9900x on a pure 0.99/p basis, though casinos cap the practical minimum win chance. The looser your target, the lower the multiplier, down toward 1.0102x.
No. This tool computes odds and payouts only. The roll itself comes from a provably-fair server seed that is hidden until you rotate it, so it cannot be predicted. Verify past rolls with our Dice verifier.
