BEST MONERO (XMR)
CASINOS 2026
Monero (XMR) is the privacy coin built for anonymous deposits — senders, recipients, and amounts are all hidden on-chain. Below are casinos research-verified to accept XMR, with honest framing where support could not be confirmed. Always check the operator’s deposit page before sending.
Monero (XMR) is the only major coin where every transaction is private by default. Ring signatures hide the sender, stealth addresses hide the recipient, and RingCT hides the amount — so a gambling deposit can’t be linked back to your wallet on a public explorer. Funds unlock after a protocol-level lock of 10 blocks (about 20 minutes), and network fees are typically a fraction of a cent.
How to read this table: “XMR Support” reflects what each operator reported at the time of writing, not a guarantee. Privacy-coin support changes fast and varies by jurisdiction — we always confirm Monero is listed on the casino’s own deposit page before sending. We do not list deposit-volume figures for XMR because no reliable public source exists; inventing them would be dishonest. Notably, several large brands do not accept Monero — see the section below.
WHY USE MONERO (XMR) FOR CRYPTO GAMBLING?
Monero exists for one reason: privacy. Where Bitcoin and Ethereum record every transaction on a public ledger that anyone — including chain-analysis firms — can read, Monero hides the details by design. Three technologies do the work: ring signatures obscure who sent the funds, stealth addresses obscure who received them, and RingCT obscures the amount. The practical result is that a Monero casino deposit cannot be traced back to your wallet or identity on a public explorer.
For gambling, that privacy is the entire value proposition. A Bitcoin deposit to a casino is permanently visible on-chain; anyone who later learns one of your addresses can follow the trail. With Monero there is no trail to follow. This is why XMR pairs so naturally with accountless, no-email casinos — players who simply don’t want their gambling activity tied to their bank or identity reach for it first. If anonymity is your priority, see our wider no-KYC casinos guide.
There is an honest caveat worth stating plainly: no-KYC is not the same as never-KYC. Even Monero-friendly casinos can request identity verification on large withdrawals, when fraud or risk checks fire, or to satisfy their licence. Monero protects the on-chain payment; it does not override a casino’s own account rules. Treat anonymity as the strong default, not an absolute guarantee.
One more practical point: Monero has become harder to buy on big regulated exchanges. Driven by EU MiCA pressure on privacy-coin services, Binance delisted XMR in early 2024 and Kraken halted XMR trading for European Economic Area clients in late 2024, among other restrictions. That exchange delisting wave is exactly why XMR gambling has consolidated into privacy-first and no-KYC casinos rather than mainstream custodial brands — the coin is still very much usable, it has simply moved to where privacy is the point.
HOW TO DEPOSIT MONERO (XMR) AT A CASINO
- Get some XMR: Because major US and EU exchanges have delisted Monero, the common routes in 2026 are exchanges that still list it (such as KuCoin or MEXC, which may require verification for privacy-coin withdrawals), non-custodial swaps that convert BTC or LTC to XMR without an account, or decentralized peer-to-peer options like Haveno or Bisq. Wallets such as Cake Wallet can also swap into XMR via third-party providers.
- Open a Monero wallet: Use a reputable wallet like Cake Wallet, the official Monero GUI, or Feather. This holds your XMR and generates the address you send from.
- Copy the casino’s XMR deposit address: Log into the casino, open the deposit page, and select Monero (XMR). Confirm XMR is actually listed before going further — if it isn’t, do not send another coin to that address.
- Send — no tag or memo needed: Unlike XRP or XLM, Monero does not use a destination tag or memo. It routes every payment to a one-time stealth address automatically and modern wallets use subaddresses, so you just paste the casino address and send. There is no extra field to fill in.
- Wait for the unlock: Monero locks received funds for 10 blocks — about 20 minutes — before they can be spent. Most casinos credit your balance after that, so expect your deposit to be playable in roughly 20 to 40 minutes. Network fees are typically a fraction of a cent, far below Bitcoin or Ethereum.
If you are new to Monero, a small test transfer first is sensible. And steer clear of any guide pointing you to LocalMonero — that peer-to-peer marketplace shut down in 2024 and should no longer be used.
MONERO (XMR) GAMES ARE STILL PROVABLY FAIR — VERIFY ANY ROUND
Privacy and provable fairness are two independent layers, and with Monero you keep both. Monero hides the payment — who paid, who got paid, and how much. Provably fair hides nothing about the game; it gives you the cryptographic tools to verify each outcome yourself. The casino can’t see who you are, and you can prove it can’t cheat you. That combination is the genuine differentiator over a privacy-only pitch.
The mechanism is the same one used across crypto casinos: the casino commits to a server seed by publishing its hash before the round, you control a client seed, and an incrementing nonce ties each bet to a sequence. After play, the server seed is revealed and you can recompute the result to confirm it matches what was committed in advance — proof the outcome wasn’t altered after you bet. Crash-style games often anchor the seed to a public blockchain hash so the result is shared and independently checkable.
You don’t have to take any of this on faith. Paste a completed round’s seeds and nonce into our free provably fair verifier and check the math yourself, or read the full walkthrough in what is provably fair gambling. PRIVACY & NO-KYC: WHERE MONERO FITS
Monero is the natural deposit method for players who want minimal footprint. Many of the casinos most likely to accept it are accountless or email-optional, so the private on-chain payment is matched by a private account experience. If that is your priority, our dedicated no-KYC casinos page goes deeper on which platforms ask for the least and what the trade-offs are.
Be realistic about the limits. A no-KYC policy describes the default, not a promise that verification will never be requested. Casinos still operate under licences and anti-fraud rules, so large or unusual withdrawals, suspected bonus abuse, or risk flags can trigger a check even at a privacy-friendly site. Monero keeps your deposit untraceable on-chain; it cannot force a casino to pay out without its own checks. Read the terms before you deposit, and keep withdrawals within the limits a no-KYC tier allows.
This is also why the honest answer to “which is the most private setup?” is Monero plus a low-friction casino plus sensible withdrawal habits — not any single product marketed as anonymous.
WHICH BIG CASINOS DO NOT ACCEPT MONERO
Being honest about what doesn’t work matters as much as the list above. Several of the biggest crypto-casino brands do not support Monero, and sending XMR to an address that doesn’t accept it can mean losing the funds:
- Roobet — does not accept Monero. Roobet’s own help center lists its supported deposit coins (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, XRP, TRX, DOGE, SOL and similar) and explicitly warns that sending an unsupported coin can result in lost funds. XMR is not on that list.
- Stake — no evidence of XMR support. Stake’s documented currency list (BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, XRP, TRX, EOS, USDT and others) does not include Monero. We frame this as “does not support XMR,” not as a removal, because we found no record that Stake ever offered it.
- Gamdom — no XMR listed. Gamdom’s supported coins across multiple reviews are the usual majors (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC and so on) with no Monero option.
We also could not verify Monero acceptance at Rollbit, Shuffle, Rainbet, or Duel; given their more KYC-leaning, mainstream positioning, assume they do not take XMR unless you confirm it on their own deposit page. If you prefer one of these brands, a privacy-focused alternative like our wider crypto casino rankings or the no-KYC list is the better starting point for Monero deposits.
MONERO VS OTHER CRYPTOS FOR GAMBLING
How does Monero compare to the more common gambling coins? The trade-off is privacy for speed and convenience:
- XMR vs BTC — Bitcoin is accepted almost everywhere and confirms in roughly 10 minutes, but every transaction is public and traceable. Monero is private by default; its 10-block (~20 min) unlock is the cost of that privacy. See our Bitcoin casinos page.
- XMR vs ETH — Ethereum is transparent and can carry high gas fees during congestion; Monero fees stay a fraction of a cent and the ledger is private. Compare at Ethereum casinos.
- XMR vs USDT — USDT (often on TRON) is fast, dollar-stable, and widely supported, but fully transparent. Monero trades that price stability and broad acceptance for genuine privacy. See USDT casinos.
- XMR vs TRX / LTC / DOGE — Tron, Litecoin, and Dogecoin are all faster and cheaper to buy, and far more widely accepted at casinos, but none hide your activity. Monero is the choice when privacy outranks speed and convenience. Compare Tron, Litecoin, and Dogecoin casinos.
