How We Got There

A word on labels before you paste anything. We mark Roobet “Stake-style by documentation”: its published fairness material describes server seed + client seed + nonce fed through HMAC-SHA256 in the arrangement Stake made standard, but unlike Stake and Shuffle we have not confirmed Roobet’s outputs byte-for-byte against its code. Documentation can lag implementation. So treat this page the way an auditor would: establish agreement on one known round, then rely on it for the rest.

THE FAIRNESS PANEL, ROOBET EDITION

Roobet tucks seed management behind your profile picture. Click your avatar in the top-right of the site and pick Fairness from the menu. The panel lists the hashed server seed currently committed to your account, your editable client seed, and the nonce counting bets on the pair. The Change Seeds control is the disclosure trigger: it swaps in a new pair and prints the outgoing server seed unhashed — the value this checker needs. CROSS-CHECK ONE ROUND BEFORE TRUSTING THE REST

This is the five-minute audit that upgrades “matches on paper” to “matches for my bets”:

  1. Play (or pick from history) a settled bet on a Roobet original — a Dice roll is ideal because the outcome is a single unambiguous number.
  2. Write down that bet’s result and its nonce as Roobet displays them.
  3. Avatar → Fairness → Change Seeds, and copy the newly revealed previous server seed.
  4. Recompute the bet here with that seed, your client seed and the noted nonce.
  5. Compare digit-for-digit against what Roobet paid on. Agreement means the documented scheme is the live scheme for your account — every other bet on that pair can now be checked the same way. Disagreement means stop and use Roobet’s own verifier, and let us know.

Nothing about this ritual weakens your account: rotating seeds is free, unlimited, and leaves the odds untouched.

ROOBET SEED CHECKER FAQ

Roobet publishes a provably-fair system for its originals built on HMAC-SHA256 over a server seed, client seed and nonce — the Stake-style pattern. Our implementation follows that documentation; because we matched docs rather than auditing code, cross-check one known round (steps above) before leaning on this tool for your full history.
‘Verified’ means we reproduced the casino’s outputs byte-for-byte from its published implementation — currently Stake and Shuffle. ‘Stake-style’ means the casino’s documentation describes that scheme but we have not run the byte-level comparison, which is where Roobet sits and why the one-round cross-check matters.
Yes. The plain-text server seed only becomes visible when Change Seeds retires it. That is a security property, not an obstacle: while a seed is active you hold only its hash, so neither you nor anyone else can precompute results on it.
Almost certainly not on that evidence alone. The usual culprits are input errors (hashed seed instead of revealed seed, wrong nonce, typo in the client seed) or Roobet’s live implementation differing in detail from the documented one this preset follows. Re-enter carefully, then use Roobet’s own fairness verifier as the tiebreaker.
Only the in-house, seed-driven originals — the Crash, Dice, Limbo, Roulette, Mines, Plinko and Keno family. Licensed third-party slots and live-dealer streams use their providers’ own RNG and cannot be replayed from seeds.
